1. Refund Policy

• Once a project begins or a deposit is paid, no refund will be issued.

• Refunds are only considered if Noorix fails to deliver agreed-upon services without valid reason.

• Digital campaigns, content creation, and design work are non-refundable once delivered or launched.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Projects can be canceled before initiation with a deduction of up to 30% to cover administrative costs.

• After the project starts or initial drafts are shared, cancellations are not accepted.
